How to use Zoe

Open Tools → Zoe and type a question. Zoe answers general music-industry questions, questions about your own contracts, and questions about using Remediio, all in the same chat.

Add your contracts

Use the paperclip, then Select from portfolio to pick an artist, project and the documents Zoe should read, or Upload from computer to attach a file to this chat.

With contracts picked, one tap asks about royalty splits, payment terms or the parties involved.

Contract answers list their sources. Click one to open the document at the page Zoe used.

How the music business works: royalty types, publishing vs. masters, common deal terms. No contract needed (e.g. 'What's a typical producer royalty?').

Contract-specific questions

Rates, terms, expiry, exclusivity, recoupment. Zoe reads the contracts you picked and answers from their text (e.g. 'When does this agreement expire?').

Questions about Remediio

How to do something here: what a tool costs, how to share a work, where a setting lives (e.g. 'How do I share a work with a producer?').

Pick the contracts first. Without them, Zoe answers from general knowledge.

Attachments

Attach images (PNG, JPG, WEBP), PDF, Word, text, CSV or Excel files, up to 10 MB each and 10 per chat. An attachment belongs to that chat only. Attached files are kept for 90 days, after which the chat shows them as No longer attached. Contracts you pick from your projects stay in your projects.

Credits

Each answer costs one Zoe message. Greetings and thanks are free. Attaching a file costs nothing on its own.

No. We never use your content to train our proprietary AI models. Zoe reads the contracts you pick only to answer your question.

What can I attach?

Images (PNG, JPG, WEBP), PDF, Word, text, CSV or Excel files, up to 10 MB each and 10 per chat. An attachment belongs to that chat only and is kept for a limited time, after which the chat shows it as No longer attached. Contracts you pick from your projects stay in your projects.

Are my chats saved?

Yes. Every chat is saved automatically, so you can pick it up later from the chat list or start fresh with New chat. Chats are stored per person, not per team, so nobody else in your workspace can read them. Deleting a chat removes it.
