Getting Started
Set up your first artist, project and works, then explore the tools.
Get set up
1
Create your account
Sign up with Google, or with your email and a password. After a short setup you land on your Dashboard, with shortcuts to Tools, Artist Profiles, Workspace and Portfolio.
2
Add your first artist
Open Artist Profiles and click Add Artist. Start from Spotify, scan a document, or fill it in yourself, then check their profile and links and create the artist.
3
Create a project
In Portfolio, click Create Project, pick the artist and give the project a name.
4
Add works and files
On the project page, use Add work on the Works tab for each track. Upload contracts and statements on the Files tab and audio on the Audio tab. Zoe and OneClick read the contracts you upload, so you only upload once.
5
Explore the tools
The Tools page holds OneClick, Zoe, Split Sheet, the Metadata Registry and the Expense Tracker. Each reads from the same artists, projects and files.
The toolkit
Quick start
The fastest path: add an artist, create a project, upload a contract, then ask Zoe about it.
Deleting your account
1
Delete it from your profile
Open Profile, go to the Security tab and click Delete account. You're signed out at once, sign-in is blocked, your subscription is cancelled and your team seats are suspended. A team where you're the only admin is archived.
2
90 days to change your mind
Nothing is erased for 90 days. If you deleted by mistake, email tech@greenboxanalytics.ca and we'll restore your account. Your subscription doesn't come back, so you'd pick a plan again.
3
Then it's gone for good
After 90 days your files, audio, Zoe chats and their attachments, your personal artists with their projects and works, your profile and your login are permanently deleted. Artists that belong to a team stay with that team. Invoices and payment records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it.
