Artist Management

Add artists and keep their profile, links, logins and notes in one place.

Add an artist

1

Open Artist Profiles

From the Dashboard, open Artist Profiles and click Add Artist.
2

Pick a starting point

Find them on Spotify to fill in their name, genres, Spotify link and photo. Scan a document such as a bio, press kit or one-sheet (Basic and Pro plans, or in an Enterprise organization; it uses credits, and nothing is charged if nothing is found). Or Fill it in yourself.
3

Check the profile and links

Review their name, email, genres and bio, then their social, streaming and other links.
4

Create them

Click Create with their name. You can add a photo and more links from the artist's page any time.
Working in a team?
If the Working as menu in the header is set to a team, the new artist belongs to that team and everyone on it can see them. See the Teams guide.

The artist page

Open an artist from Artist Profiles. The header holds their photo (click it to add or change it), genres and bio, plus Import Artist Info to fill gaps from Spotify or a document, and Delete. Four tabs hold the rest:

Profile

Artist name, email, biography and genres.

Links

Social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud) and other links (website, press kit, Linktree), each with room for your own extra links.

Credentials

Logins for the artist's platform accounts, stored encrypted.

Notes

Rich-text notes for meetings, plans and context. Private to you.

Projects & documents

An artist's work is organised into projects (albums, EPs, singles), which you create and browse in the Portfolio. Each project holds its works, contracts, royalty statements and audio. Contracts you upload there are available to OneClick and Zoe, so you only upload once.

Who can see an artist
A personal artist is private to you. While Working as a team, the artist's creator can move it there with Move to (team) on its page. Every active member of that team can then see it and everything under it. This can't be undone from the app. To share a single work instead, invite a collaborator from the work's page.
