Teams

Share artists and boards with the people you work with.

Run your business together, as a team

A team is for the people who run the business with you. Everyone keeps their own plan and credits, and the work belongs to the team.

Your catalogue stays with the business

Team artists, projects, files and contracts stay put when someone leaves.

Not tied to one person's plan

If the admin covering the team stops paying, another admin on Basic or Pro with room can take it over.

Boards for everyone

Assign tasks, mention people, attach files and get due-date reminders.

Team storage, separate from personal

The admin covering the team gets team storage on top of their own: 100 GB on Basic, 250 GB on Pro, shared across the teams they cover.

Your logo on what you send

Split sheets, payout receipts and breakdowns, Registry and OneClick PDFs for the team carry your team's logo.

API keys for your own tools

Connect your systems with team API keys and their own credits.

See who used what

Admins see usage by member and tool.

Anyone else, Free accounts included, can still be invited to a single project or work at no cost.

What a team is

A team lets the people you work with share artists and boards. Every active member sees the team's artists and everything under them: projects, works, files, audio and logins. Open it from your account menu: Teams.

Who can be on a team
Teams for Basic and Pro. Everyone uses their own credits. No seat limits. You need one of those plans to create a team or to join one. Basic can create up to 3 teams and Pro as many as you like. On the Free plan you can still be invited to a single project or work. For one invoice for the whole organization, and a team that Free accounts can join, see Teams and Enterprise below.

Teams and Enterprise

Teams are self-serve and run on each member's own plan. Enterprise is one organization-wide agreement, set up with us. Talk to us about Enterprise.

Create a team

1

Open Teams

From your account menu, choose Teams. If you already belong to a team, use New team next to your teams, or Create team in the Working as menu in the header.
2

Name it

Enter a Team name. On Basic the page shows how many of your 3 teams you've used.
3

Click Create team

Your team is ready straight away, and you're its admin. On the Free plan you'll see Upgrade instead, since teams need Basic or Pro.

Invite people

1

Go to the Members tab

On your team's page, open Members. The Invites card lists everyone you've invited who hasn't joined yet.
2

Click Invite

Enter their email, choose a role (Admin or Member), then Send invite. There's no limit on how many people you invite.
3

They accept

They get an email, sign in or create an account, and click Accept invitation. They need a Basic or Pro plan to join. If they're on Free, the page points them to the plans, and the invite stays open until it expires so they can accept after upgrading. If they already have an account, the invite also shows in their notifications with Accept and Decline.
Invites expire
Each pending invite shows the date it expires. Cancel one with the × next to it. If an invite runs out, send a new one.

Roles

Admin

Sees the team's API credits and billing, invites and removes people, and manages the team's settings, logo, coverage and archive.

Member

Works on the team's artists and boards, paying for AI work with their own credits.

To change someone's role, use the Role menu in their row on the Members tab. The ⋯ menu on a row lets you Suspend, Reactivate or Remove them. A suspended member loses access to the team until you reactivate them.

When a member's plan ends

If a member's Basic or Pro plan ends, their seat is paused: they lose access to the team, and the Members tab shows Paused, plan ended. Nothing is deleted. They're back in as soon as they renew their own plan; the team can't pay for them. You can still remove them.

Work as your team

Once you're on a team, the Working as menu in the header switches between Personal and each of your teams. It decides which artists, projects and boards you see. A new artist you create while working as a team belongs to that team. Your AI work is always paid from your own credits, whichever you're working as.

Credits on a team

Everyone pays for their own AI work with their own credits, on a team or not. Work on the team's artists shows on the team's Usage tab, so admins can see who used what. Admins never see your balance or what you spend outside the team.

API credits

Every team can use the partner API. API keys spend the team's API credits, and nothing else does. Admins see the balance on the Overview tab, in the API credits card, and add more with Buy API credits: a one-off card payment, billed to the admin who buys. API credits never expire.

Billing history, below it, lists every payment with its PDF invoice.

Credit limits on Enterprise

In an Enterprise organization everyone spends from one shared pool, so admins can cap how much of it one member uses each month. Nothing is set aside, so limits can add up to more than the pool holds.

For everyone

On the Settings tab, Default member limit applies to every member you haven't given their own limit, new members included. Turn it off to let those members use the pool with no limit, then click Save changes.

For one person

On the Members tab, open the ⋯ menu on their row and choose Set monthly limit. Pick the default, a set amount, or No limit.

When a member asks for more

Members can send a Request a higher limit form from their organization page. Requests land in Credit requests on the Members tab, where an admin approves (with a new monthly limit) or denies them. A member's Your access card shows what's left of their limit; only admins see the pool balance.

Move an artist to the team

1

Work as the team

Switch Working as to the team you want the artist in.
2

Open the artist

Go to the artist's page. Only the person who created a personal artist can move it.
3

Click Move to (your team)

Read the confirmation, then click Move to team. The artist now shows Shared with (your team).
This is one-way
Moving an artist can't be undone from the app. Its projects, files, audio and logins move with it, everyone on the team can see them, and its files count toward the team's storage. If any of its works have collaborators, their splits and agreements become visible to the whole team. Only a team admin can delete an artist the team owns.

Admins can click the logo square at the top of the team page to add a logo, then crop and save it. Click it again to change or remove it. Your logo appears at the top of split sheets and Registry PDFs for the team's artists (a split sheet with no artist uses the team you're working as). Payout receipts, breakdowns and OneClick results carry it while you're working as the team; a receipt saved into a project follows that project's artist. A small "Powered by Remediio" line sits at the foot. Personal work keeps the Remediio logo.

Usage

The Usage tab (admins only) shows the credits used on your team's work over a range you pick: members' AI work on the team's artists and your API keys, broken down by tool and By member. Click a member to see their credits, runs and tools over time, as bars or lines. Recent runs lists the latest individual runs: who ran which tool, when, and what it cost.

Coverage, archive and dissolve

These live on the Settings tab under Team coverage & lifecycle.

Coverage

One admin covers a team at a time: their plan provides the team slot and team storage. Other admins manage the team without paying for it. Use Claim coverage or Release coverage. If the covering admin's plan ends, or they release the team or leave it, every admin is told. After 14 days the team moves on its own to another admin on Basic or Pro who has room for it. If nobody does, the team is paused: nothing is deleted, it moves as soon as an admin can take it, and an admin with a free team slot can Reactivate it.

Archive

Archive hides the team, including its boards, for everyone and frees your team slot. Its API credits stay where they are. You can Unarchive later if you have a free slot and enough storage room.

Dissolve

Dissolving is permanent
Dissolve closes the team for good: artists return to the people who created them (or to you if they've left the team), and purchased API credits left on the team are lost. You type the team's name to confirm.
